30 min phone interview to start. The interviewer was reading from a script the entire time. Didn’t look at my resume and was pushing for software/developer specific questions that are not apart of my knowledge base or for the position interviewed for. The salary was lowballed and after that she said “what we lack in, we make up for in culture.” LOTS of red flags throughout the initial interview. Another being when I asked if OT was expected and she hem and hawed for a solid minute without a final answer. The next day, I received an email from the same person asking for an initial interview even though one was already had. Overall thoughts: They are extremely disorganized and will not pay expected salaries. Don’t waste your time here.

I applied to a PM job at The Designory on LinkedIn. The recruiter reached out to me two days later. We had a phone interview. I was looking for more of a digital role but this one was a traditional PM job. The person I spoke with wanted to make sure he didn't lead me in the wrong direction. I didn't get the job but he was really nice about it and let me know that he'd keep me posted on future opportunities.
