The application process was quick. I sent in my resume and received an email which required me to fill out some paperwork and give my availability for an phone interview. I filled out the necessary forms (just a copy of the resume I already submitted in my application) and gave my time available. I never heard anything back. I followed up twice. After the second time I received an email with the wrong addressed name and to change my interview time. I replied indicating that I believed the recruiter made a mistake as my name is ___ and we never scheduled an interview. Never heard anything. Not an apology not time to schedule an interview. Not even that they received my paperwork I submitted. It was all very bizarre and disappointing.

Very personable. I felt very comfortable right away. Immediately had a sense of the company culture through initial interactions. I was able to feel like the interview was a two-way street.
