The interview was not complicated. It was with the CEO and it only took one session, including a job test, before they decided on the right fit for the role.
The interview was a straightforward process. They asked questions about hard skills (figma, design foundations, design systems, SaaS) and soft skills (presentation, explaining design decisions to team). After that, we did a paid design test which is to create a design based on existing design systems.
Overall, the interview is quick and the interviewee is easy to talk to. The UX Design interview assesses candidates' skills in UI, design systems, and Figma through rounds focusing on UX principles, problem-solving, portfolio evaluation, and collaboration abilities.
