First interview is to get to know each other, for the second round you get a take home assignment. You present it and need to answer questions about your process, way of thinking, tools etc. Got no response after it. They said they would get back to me but didn’t. Also: really bad compensation (plus they think it’s normal), the service design internship is more like a visual design internship, they expect high engagement from you but don’t seem to have it themselves (just from what the interview process looked like).
