I was interviewed by the founder. He maintained a very condescending tone throughout the interview and kept cutting me off during my portfolio presentation. The interviewer kept asking me to reveal my current salary even after I respectfully gave him a range of my expected salary. He also spent most of the interview asking me to justify my current salary. He also expressed pride that his employees have to work overtime and on weekend sometimes (granted that design agencies have to deal with this, but being proud of it is not cool). If this is the attitude of the founder, I have zero confidence in the company culture. I was shortlisted for the next round of interview, but declined to continue the process without hesitation.
