I completed a basic web-based, pre-recorded interview after submitting applications for both a teller and personal banker position. Someone reached out to me via email asking about my availability to be a teller and if $17/hour pay was acceptable. In my reply, I inquired if being a personal banker was an option given my 20+ years of customer service experience. I also inquired if the pay was negotiable.
