1st Stage: Apply online through JobStreet Malaysia.
2nd stage: Shortlisted and have to complete the Self-Assessment Topgrading Interview (SATI). It gives candidates the chance to tell their story in their own words in answering the questions.
3rd stage (Final Stage): Shortlisted in just a few days and invited for a Zoom interview. The program manager and the recruiter asked a few things about the SATI and other questions.
