Entrevista
1. HR called to explain the job roles and hours (12hr shifts 3 days/week)
2. Interview with Office Manager: looks at your resume and experiences and asks typical interview questions (why this job? why are you a good fit? future plans? strengths/weaknesses?)
2. Working interview; go into the office and shadow a medical assistant for ~1 hour to see what the job is like first-hand and get offered job after if it seems like a good fit for you!

very nice and relaxed, everyone i spoke to was friendly. there was a phone interview at first, following by an interview in person at a location with the office manager. the staff are helpful and the facility is nice
