Really good first screening, then next meeting with a current Partner where I beforehand took a kognitive test. Good meeting and we all enjoyed it. Then took a personality test where I got a 30 min. online feedback and agreed they would get back to me the week after. 2 weeks after they would get back to me, I reached out to the Partner, who did not respond. The current Partner replied the day after I reached out with "so sorry to hear, sure XX will get back to you soon". The Partner got back to me days later, was sorry and would come back to me the week after. The week after they were away on vacation and 5 weeks after agreeing on feedback, got an e-mail with a rejection and a meeting invite if I wanted feedback on my rejection. A really, really bad experience.
