They don't have a proper process in place hence the interview experience was below average. Initially they were ready to match the salary expectations and then conducted multiple rounds of long interviews. For one round at last moment the interviewer even didn't show up and rescheduled but I totally ignored it and was available for the reschedule time. Once all the rounds were cleared , without having any salary discussions they asked all the confidential documents giving an impression that they will be rolling out the offer letter soon and then ghosted me. They got back saying they can give only 20% hike from my current salary which is way way lesser than what we agreed on initially and didn't even close the discussion properly and again ghosted. There was no transparency in the process so it was a total waste of time and energy. I think the recruitment team should be trained well as even things doesn't work out they can handle it in a better way and maintain transparency and communication.
