One hour interview. Nothing special but sadly, even after 2 months, not a word from them. I can assume that I was not shortlisted but to invite people over for interviews and not share any status and feedback is very unprofessional and cruel. Telling a candidate that he is not selected much earlier will only help him to move on and not wait with false hopes. Also, if the candidate is shortlisted, silence can only result in them losing that candidate. Very distasteful experience.
