The interview process was positive overall. The only gripe I have is I sent two follow-up emails in the weeks after the interview directly to the woman with whom I interviewed, and only got radio silence. I understand if you choose another candidate for the role, but I would like to have been updated on where things stand rather than sit in the dark. Nonetheless, the overall experience was positive. Up until after the interview, the HR team was very communicative and kind. The interview itself was thorough, transparent, and friendly. My only criticism would be to give updates to the candidates with whom you decide not to proceed further.
