Very organized and only three individuals (no group). They kept me abreast of next steps throughout the process and were very transparent about company and culture. I have conducted hundreds of interviews and this was in line with how I would perform the process myself.

Entrevista
Initial Interview with HR over the phone based on what you have on your resume. If you pass, you will be schedule for a face to face panel interview with the department you are applying for and will be asked situational questions about how to handle stressful situations with client, work and team members. Make sure to give positive views. If you pass, another conference call interview schedule with the Director/VP. A mixed of situational and technical interview but since the interviewers are very nice and easy to understand (mostly american), you won't feel uncomfortable so there's not much of a pressure when it comes to organizing your thoughts to a given situation or problem they'd asked. After that, you will be asked for your availability to start the training/work (depending on the position/account you will be assigned).

HR: Tell me about yourself? How many working experiences do you have related to the position you are applying for? What are your strengths and weaknesses? How do you handle stress? What do you usually do during weekends? Describe your previous boss? How much are you earning? How much are expecting?
Situational: Give an example where you have to deal with a difficult client or boss.
Technical: How do you start your day at your previous job? What are the processes etc.?
