Initial interview held in Mumbai with the CEO of the company and Head H.R. Followed by another interview on Skype with other Directors and chairman of the co, There was a delay in communication or offer for the job. However a month later got an offer following the Skype interview. There were issues in terms of clarity in the offer made. It was little ambiguous apart from the contract which was issued in Portuguese language. No English version was available for understanding the terms & conditions. This resulted in lot of communication regarding clarifications on benefits and facilities. Continued to be a sore point.
