Recruitment policies somewhat questionable and again comes down to who you know or are related to. If you are not a friend to your supervisor or if you are not one to do what the cool kids are doing... you can expect to get shunned and eventually pushed out the door. Your experience is not a factor with this company. Butt kissing at its finest, no work life balance, core values are a joke, upper management is out of touch with the workforce, and a military back ground trumps a college degree and replaces real world experience. You will be drug tested prior to starting, and many times after if you accept a poistion.
