Had a preliminary phone interview, and then went into the office to meet the recruiting team. Everyone was friendly! Unfortunately after the first job that I interviewed for, I was sort of ghosted (which seems like a common problem with Delta.) They called me back months later to interview for another position and it was about the same, but the recruiter was much more thorough and had consistent communication that time. I ended up not going through with the final interview in order to go another direction. Depending on the position they will also have you complete competency tests.

I wouldn't recommend Delta Dallas for anyone who is serious about finding a job. I had a recruiter reach out, and I decided to go in on my day off. The interview went well, and I even completed the necessary ProveIt test. It's very disappointing to realize you wasted so much of your time going in for the interview, and on the testing when they don't contact you afterwards. I emailed the recruiter to see what the next steps would be, and I haven't heard from her. That was two weeks ago. Save yourself some time, and apply with a company directly. Don't waste your time on third party recruiters who could care less about finding your a job.
