1 stage of interview was warned of conservative culture and essentially lack of diversity although something they are keen to improve, also not important to have balustrade experience but the right candidate for the role is more important/ sales whizz, passed 2nd stage and was only candidate to do so despite company clearly had their own favourite that they wanted to fast track. Although their favourite did not pass test i.e. Got 0% in the test they were still not satosfied and advised they would take more time to a find suitable candidates as they always want 2 in the final stage, having searched for 2 months and been unable to find a filurther candidate have now decisive not to progress with myapplicarion and that they would look to hire someone with ballustrades experience.
This is clearly peddling racist and xenophobic attitudes in the work place and I would suggest this company is avoided
