Super easy process. I met the interviewer during the Career Fair. They asked 6 Behavioral Questions and 1 Technical Question. The entire process lasted about 30 minutes. I heard back from them in a week.

The manager asked me to elaborate on past experiences, problem-solving strategies, and how I approach challenges in a team setting. The technical portion was straightforward, designed less to test deep knowledge and more to evaluate how I reason through practical scenarios. Overall, the interview provided a balanced mix of assessing both interpersonal and technical skills.
