Solicité el puesto en persona. Acudí a una entrevista en Delta Air Lines en sept 2015
Entrevista
I applied online August 5th and was then sent a link to do an online assessment. After completing the assesment about a week later I was sent an email to do a video interview! Many of the interview questions are listed on this site. I prepared as much as possible and went over certain senarios! Dress like you are going to an in person interview! The overall process for the video was very easy! It took about 2 weeks and I then received an email saying congratulations you made it to the next step! I had a phone interview mainly asking questions about relocating and tattoos ect. As soon as the phone interview ended I received an email asking me to join them for a face to face interview!!!
The face to face was unlike any interview I've ever had it was very fun and I loved the experience! My tips for you are dress the part and be yourself!!! That's what it is all about! Smile smile and smile! We were then put into groups of A,B and C! A is the face to face B is destination Delta and C was fireside chat! Each group was filled with FA'S giving a ton of information! I received a CJO and the feeling was incredible now on to 7 weeks of trainin! Bring it on! GOODLUCK to all of you!

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
