I heard on the news in AZ that Delta Airlines are hiring for FA Aug 2014. I applied online then 2days later I got an email to do a video interview that last 10mins.I guess Delta have eliminated the phone interviews earlier this yr, because I did a phone interview in Jan which was very hard and long so I'm glad Delta is not doing those anymore (obvious I didn't get the job). The video interview was about 4-6 long questions. Since I didn't know what to expect I didn't do so well. Delta is big on safety but there were no safety questions. I did a lot of research before the video interview and still crashed. The video interview only gives you 10 secs to think of an answer not enough time for me. Which makes me nervous and my voice was shakey not good to do on an interview. I really wanted to be a FA. I already know Delta will not call or email me for a f2f in ATL, GA so I'm not expecting an invitation.

Name a time when you had to spring into action quickly what was the situation and the outcome?
Anxiously waiting for positive outcome after my pre recorded video interview ....first time applying so I am not sure about the turn around time to get a response if anyone can share how long it took for them till f2f

Did my online application on Feb 4 and the assessment afterwards. After 10 days, i receive an email inviting me for a Video Interview throught HireVue. It is important that you prepare answers in your mind for the possible questions which is basically all in here at glassdoor. So I prepared the next day for the interview, i researched thoroughly online. By Feb 16, i finished and submitted my Video Interview. 4 days after that i received an email again for an invitation for a Phone Interview. I clicked the link to schedule my PI, at first it showed nothing, and that the schedule is already full.I was so bumbed about that. I tried clicking it again, and luckily, the schedule choices showed up. I picked the last schedule on the choices so id have more time preparing for the PI. so same thing, researched and read a lot of reviews here in Glassdoor. The PI lasted for exactly 30mins. It's mostly about your past experiences so make sure you have clear answers for the things listed on your resume. After the interview, i was checking my email like every 10mins after that. They said that they should send us an email of confirmation 5-10mins after the PI if you passed. They said to wait for 7-10days for the result. I received the TBNT email 2days after the PI. I know I gave my best for it and had a really good work experience in the Hospitality Managemen. I guess it's a better luck next time for me

Applied online on Nov. 22nd received my video interview Dec. 13th and just received an invite for face to face Feb. 1st 2017 in Atlanta! I put no offer because I haven't had the f2f yet nor Anyone going to the f2f at the same time let me know? Or anyone that has just completed any pointers you want to give?

Can't exactly remember the questions word for word but I will say this DONT over study and don't stress yourself. It was one of the easiest interviews I've had but I've also worked in customer service for 6 years. There just situational based questions how would you react.. what if this happened! Glassdoor really helped me tho just like I said DONT over study answer freely! Be yourself!
