The whole process is cozy and doesn't create any annoying atmosphere. In the 1st interview, the hiring manager was friendly and attentive to what I said. 2nd interview is a case interview. I had to prepare a presentation based on the documents they gave before 24 hours. Both auditors are helpful and give hints when I cannot answer. I really like the atmosphere that they gave to the candidates. It is like the coffee chat or informal conversations, not looking like a manager and a candidate.
