There were 2 Interviews. The first was a talk by the telephone with the Hiring Manager. After the Conversation he immediately invited me to an Onsite-Interview. No Hard Questions , Interview was with two Manager, one from HR and the Hiring one. The Main Aspect was your expectation of the Job and some facts about yourselve.
