My interview with Dell technologies has been confusing. I have recently interviewed with Dell for a fully remote job. After the initial screening round, they took about 2 weeks to schedule the (loop) 1-1 rounds with the team which took around a week's time. During the process, I happened to receive an email that they would take a few weeks to communicate the outcome. Since I have received another offer immediately after the Dell interviews, I'd tried to get in touch with the hiring HR but could never get in touch with them. It felt like they do not care to communicate with the candidates whom they do not want to proceed with. Its has been over a month since I've interviewed and they was never any kind of communication from the HR on the outcome. After about 2-3 weeks, I visited my account out of curiosity and was able to see the status that they are not proceeding with this. I find this rather unprofessional and confusing. Honestly, I wasn't expecting this from a huge company like Dell.
