Pretty straight forward... I submitted my resume on a referral and was contacted 2 days later for an onsite interview. I went in for my first interview which was great. Both managers were very involved and took the time to get to know me. I was then called back for a second interview. I unfortunately had the opposite experience during the second interview. The managers clearly didn't along with each other and were not on the same page during the interview. I knew leaving that interview I would not be offered a position.

I had one interview with a recruiter and one with a sales manager and then found out shortly after. Both interviews I was asked basic behavioral questions and the interviewers were very personable. They want to see your personality, that you can answer behavioral questions thoroughly and that you know the company well.

It was not too bad. They asked me why Dell. It was with HR, and it lasted about 30 minutes. They explained all the benefits, the role, and the process of getting trained for the position.
Easy 2 rounds interview. They ask you about your resume and why sales and why should we hire you. Some situational questions as well. Is not super complicated and its easy to amke it through
