Phone call with HR initially, interview took place with hiring managers. 1 round of interviews. Initial introduction was made through referral. Asked different questions relating to Sales background, asked about results, asked about why I wanted to work for Dell and what I saw as my career progression.
Not bad, long. Took a month or so to go thru the process. Video interviews and mock sales call. Could be worse but be prepared. Friendly interviewers which was nice!

The hiring process included an initial phone interview to discuss my background and experience, followed by a virtual interview that explored my skills in more depth and assessed overall role fit.
the interview consisted of a recruiter call, two behavioral interviews and a role play. straight forward sales interview, nothing out of the ordinary of difficult. they don’t ask tech specific questions, just want to see that you can sell
