Three rounds of interview : One with Hiring manager, One with Local Director and One with Functional Director in US. All interviews were approx. 20 min each. Hiring Manager Interview required me to solve for business case shared before the interview. Local Director interview was primarily about why I wanted to change my organization. Functional Director Interview also had a business case that needed to be solved.

The selection process consists of three rounds. The first two rounds are technical, focusing on an in-depth assessment of skills. The third round is an HR interview, which also includes the Manager. The primary emphasis is on the technical rounds, where skills are thoroughly evaluated.

4 different interviews with relevant stakeholders - took around a month from start to completion. I was qualified so I didn’t find these to be challenging, just needed to be able to bring examples of experience to the table
