My profile got selected for the particular position when i was having interview with the manager of inside sales team. He added you have done SaaS sales not Hardware sales, i wont be able to get recommendation for this position. I don't know if i have done SaaS sales it would hardly take me 3 days to learn about hardware sales. Eventually i do had good knowledge about hardware of laptops and Desktops and other peripheral devices as well. People deserve a chance, atleast once. Someone have invested his time to prepare for the interview. Atleast a fair chance must be given. No one is perfect, everyone learns in new organisations. Its not a big deal, even new managers or CXO's who joins the other companies dont exactly know what they are doing they also need time to know the procedure and things. Nobody is perfect.

It was smooth and good. A bit exciting. They asked me 6-7 questions in total. I answered confidently and calmly. I think it was not very hard but at average.
