I've applied online. Initially I've got a phone call where they assesed my technical backgound. Then I have two skype interviews. In first interview I was interviewed on Sql (Basic to Advance). The inteviewer was so plesant. In the second skype interview , it was actually meant to be on R coding and stats models. But I haven't been tested any on R.
