A relaxed environment while they are taking interviews, they ask about your hobbies and other stuff in the tech round!

HR will walk you throughthe the factory and your working environment, and then smoothly transion to panel interview, introduce you to the 3 engineers who is going to interview you. Panel interview is quite open and free, ask you about the resume, your experience, no hard tech questions.
