About 5-6 interviews over a three week period, mainly on the phone with two face to face. It began with a direct contact from a recruitment agency then a number of phone interview and followed by two onsite interviews. There were one of two follow up interviews and then the offer and subsequent negotiation process.

It was a general interview with questions about my career path, skills, strengths and areas of improvements. Very congenial and warm atmosphere . Not a stress interview at all. I think it went pretty well.
