First interview was a phone interview with the recruiter which included basic screening questions with no technical substance. The next interview was in person with the hiring manager asking general questions including basic technical questions and salary requirements. The final interview was held over the phone and was a panel interview with senior members of the team. These questions were more of a deep dive technically and also included questions to determine if there would a personality fit with the team.
