Had 6 interviews + case study. First interview with HR- behavioural questions Second interview with the hiring manager who asked about my experience and my CV, no question was behavioural. Case study with open questions and data. I had to write a document or build a presentation and send it. Didn't had to present. They gave me 1 week to prepare it. Third interview with the hiring manager - behavioural questions Loop interview - 3 other interviews with people that I will have to work with. Mixed between my experience, behavioural questions and how will I implement something.

Initial call with recruiter who couldn’t tell me much about the role/structure but understandable as it’s a new team. Second stage interview was then arranged with hiring manager, described to me as a 30 min intro. When I attended the interview I was told there had been a scheduling mistake and that it should have been one hour but unfortunately we’d have to squeeze everything into 30 minutes. It was a two person panel, which I was unprepared for. Three months later I can only assume I didn’t get the role, as no one at Deliveroo bothered to get back to me.
