Process started with an on campus interview with two individuals. After this, i was invited and flown to Portland, ME for a more extensive interview process over the course of a couple days. This process was very thorough, with a combination of individual interviews as well as group interviews and observed group projects. Had a chance to meet a lot of individuals within the company, and the whole process really illustrated how much the company values this position.
