The interview had a time limit of 30 minutes long but with 16 questions. The time given based on the number of questions is entirely unreasonable. The interviewers made the interview very awkward and were rushing to finish. They also did not have webcams so it felt like talking to a wall. They also required referrals before the actual interview which is unacceptable as it sends red flags before they even evaluation if they want to send an offer. In the end, my references were called and then I was ghosted.
