I was first called to schedule a phone interview. During the phone interview I was given an overview of the job and salary and was asked about my previous experience. Some questions I recalled were related to how I had contributed to my team, how I interacted with colleagues and accomplishments I was proud of. I was also instructed to complete a Microsoft competency text online. About a week after the phone interview I was called back for an in person interview. In that interview I was met by 2 of the team leads for the department I was applying for. The questions were all behaviour based and asked for me to explain how I had reacted to or what I had done in previous situations. I was told that I would be contacted in roughly 2 weeks after the interview to confirm if I was the successful candidate. I found the overall interview process comfortable. The manager who was interviewing was easy to speak with. The in office interview was relaxed and more so a conversation rather than an interrogation. My recommendation for applicants would be to come prepared and ask lots of questions.
