Applied online, received email from HR manager. First Skype interview, second interview at the office with 2 Software Developer Managers. Final discussion and offer with project Manager the same day.

C/C++ questions, reverse a string, pointers, MFC questions. In-office interview to write code on paper about nearest neighbour algorithm with progressive difficulty.

Entrevista
The process was a bit long. first an online interview basic experience questions and other code questions not much online coding. A month later a challenge focused on machine learning image analysis. You are given 2 hours to complete everything. After that i was contacted a month later for an online call with the whole team. More mid to high level code questions Some theory questions about machine learning and finally a code challenge (leet code style). More talk interview and that was all.

Entrevista
Applied online thru indeed job posting, got response next day. They scheduled two rounds of Skype Interview as I was in different country than Germany.
1st Round was technical for 45 minutes, second round was exhaustive, starting with interview by VP (Managerial type) , technical manager + architect (Pure Technical with programming test) for almost 3 hours.
