I submitted an application on Indeed and had a response the next day. Phone interview then two in-person interviews and a brief skills test (for marketing positions). During the first in-person interview, I was able to meet a member of the marketing team with whom I would be working. The interviewer left the room and let me ask whatever I wanted, which was great. During the second interview, I met with some of the senior partners. No meeting was too long or too short, and they didn't make me wait around for months like some other companies.
