After an extremely short and uninformative call with HR, where little was explained about the role or the company, I was given a take-home exercise. Despite a busy schedule, I dedicated my time in August to complete and submit the task on time. Since then, I’ve heard nothing. Even after sending a follow-up email to request feedback, I was met with complete silence.
Frankly, everyone involved in this process should be ashamed. Ignoring candidates who invest their time and effort is not only unprofessional but shows a lack of respect and consideration. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the company and its recruitment practices.
