Entrevista
I was referred due to my strong experience in the global payroll industry (not being presumptuous).
The recruiter was VERY nice and informative and quickly set me up for the second interview in a high-leader role. He arrived 5 minutes late and told me he had a hard stop. Only a minute in, I could tell he was disengaged in the conversation (yawning multiple times) - questions were SO basic, like "How is it that we got to talk today?".
I asked for feedback on the site and how he sees my profile as a fit for the role, and he said the recruiter would connect with me.
Three days later, the recruiter notified me that they wouldn't pursue my candidacy and encouraged me to apply for future openings. So I did, and I was told that the feedback from the interviewer was "Looking for a different kind of seller." - What does that mean? a man seller?
I wish a leader at his level was able to provide real and constructive feedback.

Applied online. First call was rescheduled 5 min before with no advance notice. When we actually had the call, the person I was speaking with was late, asked for my LinkedIn profile or resume 5 min before the call (I had provided with application). Interviewer seemed distracted the first 10 minutes. Call went well, I was told I had been passed along to the next call, then never heard from anyone ever again. Followed up with all points of contacts, didn't even have the courtesy to reply. As an HR company, I find this experience even more unacceptable.

Contacted recruiter and was sped through a process with line manager and their manager. 30-60-90 day plan with manager and a more loose interview with their manager on fit. Last meeting with CRO who was very tired and asked robotic questions from a script. CRO rejected all applicants from this.
