I've got an invite for the first interview at 11:30pm IST - interviewer time zone. The person did not turn on the camera (saying that the internet wasn't working properly). He did not know which position I had applied. When I told him, he asked me 3 random questions about leadership (after long pauses) and finished the interview in a few minutes. I wasn't rold anything about the company nor the position. A few hours after I've received an automated response saying they decided to move forward with another candidate. This was extremely disappointing. I've never been in such a terrible interview! Deel was my dream company untill this day.

Quick Response to application . Interview Scheduled in Via Google Meet to Talent Acquisitions Persons Calendar. Interviewer is a no show and haven't replied my email since. Very poor overall , will not be looking to work for such a company.
