Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiting company.
I was sent a programming challenge that had to be done in a couple of hours (2.5). It was a big test, many services to be added/fixed.
You wouldn't be expected to complete everything, of course. However, the time window you are given is unnecessarily tiny for anyone to show what they can do.
Also, it was a fullstack position and the boilerplate mentioned a command to run the frontend part, but there was no frontend structure in the project at all. As if the time frame wasn't small enough...
Really don't know what they expected to measure with that test.
Also, no one contacted me after that, no feedback, no 'thank you'. For me, it was a waste of time.
1 technical interview, then another interview with the team lead, one cultural fit interview with senior management. There was no leetcode at all but conversations and direct questions. Overall interviewee friendly

The interviewer showed up 5 minutes late and had the most arrogant attitude I have ever experienced in a hiring process. Big red flag. Constantly interrupting me over small details. Demeaning attitude, not a single smile. It's like they wanted me to fail and feel under pressure. It's okay to discuss different views on architecture. But nitpicking the syntax and tiny details was simply not helpful to anyone. If that's the culture, I dodged a bullet.
