This was for an EMEA based role. The initial interview was brief and felt more evaluative than conversational. The interviewed had a tone that came across as dismissive and condescending, which made it difficult to have a productive discussion about my background and interest in the role. The interviewer came across as condescending and disengaged, and the conversation felt more like an elimination screen than a mutual discussion. Disappointing and a lot of potential to improve for this recruiter. There is substantial room for improvement in professionalism and candidate experience.

The process was quick, the recruiter was friendly and informative. There seems to be an ownership culture, but there is a requirement for on call, which may not be ideal
