This interview was a total waste of time. I turned down an assignment because I was thinking long term only to be interviewed twice in two days for a fictitious position where the person hasn't even put in their two weeks notice. How backward is that? I was totally mind boggled leaving that interview. I was biting my lip to the point where it started to bleed when I was told that if the person doesn't put in their two week notice, then the position will be rescinded. Why even put the position up to even begin with? Do we really have nothing better to do with our day than to bring in job seekers and string them along like this? Unbelievable. What kind of games are we playing here? Do better please and be more professional.

Interview was simple and straightforward. They asked questions about previous work experience. The interview was with the Leasing Manager and Property Manager. They gave me an offer the next day after the interview.
