They asked where I was from and what I did before this. They explained the opportunity and said it was a 6-12 month program to management. They called me back for a 2nd round interview and one of the Account Mangers took me out. He looked pretty serious but excited at the same time. The 2nd round went pretty quick. He just took me to the job site, talked about the history of the company and talked to a few people. He took me to the desk and explained in more detail about the timeline of what I would be doing. Then he asked me a few questions and offered me the position.
