Within several weeks of applying I heard from HR about setting up interviews. The first two rounds occurred rather quickly. Then I didn't hear anything for several weeks resulting in me following up. A third round was necessary because someone was left off the second round interview panel. Twice I was told I would hear something the following week. After more than three weeks of no communication I guess it's a no. Even if they contacted me with an offer I would decline due to their process taking over two months and the regular lack of feedback and communication.
