The process was smooth and there were questions relating to the role. Most of the interview was done via panel style and pertained to previous experience as well as how you would fit into the team.

The interview included a discussion with the hiring manager focusing on team fit, role expectations, collaboration style, and long-term goals, as well as how my skills and experience could support the company’s overall strategy and growth.
