I applied this role in Hong Kong. I was instructed to complete a case study for them and the timeline was 24 hours. The case study was not too complicated but it does take time for researching and compiling. After 3 weeks of submitting the case study I was invited for an interview. I received an email invitation at around 5pm for an interview the next day at 9am, leaving me almost no time to prepare for it. I honestly think the company does not really respect candidate's time as both the case study and interview was scheduled with less than 24 hours of preparation time for candidates. But that wasn't my main concern. I rated this whole experience negative because throughout the interview, both interviewers addressed me with a completely different name (and possibly another candidate's name), and I find that really disrespectful. Last but not least, I was not expecting a MNC company to conduct an interview in purely Cantonese instead of English. Interview was conducted by the line managers who both worked in Decathlon for only a very short time and do not appear very professional, questions were scattered all over the place and repeated questions were also asked.
