Sports Round to understand your attitude whether you are a team player or not, whether you are energetic or not etc.. Written test - basic quantitative techniques and a bit of basic accounting question. 2 face to face interviews - to understand your attitude, long term vision of you career, Salary expectations etc.
2 rounds, asked accounting standard based questions about inventory, revenue, leases etc. Also asked questions about the kind of role sought after- whether accounting or finance related. Also asked about work contained in job roles

Hiring team took very long to get back to me even after 2nd interview (last). Was only asked if I’m available for interview the day before leaving no time to prep.

Entrevista
The process was for 1 day with 3 rounds.
1st Round was Sports round where they check for your passion for sports (maybe). They made us play a game by dividing all the participants into two teams.
2nd Round was a pen-paper test round. There were 21 questions related to basic accounting and finance. And 3 descriptive questions too.
3rd Round was personal interview. They questions asked were very simple and it revolved around what I do in my current role and why I want to join Decathlon. Coming prepared about the basic interview questions helped.
