Applied online, then a few days just in the middle of the day got a call from them and i’ve been asked simple questions through the phone which I completely wasn’t prepared for lol but still asked me to come for a face to face interview on a specific day, when i went there it was a group interview!! The staff was very friendly to be honest, asked some questions, then paired us and set us off on a task. After the group interview they interviewed each one of us individually, felt the questions was tricky, at the end of the interview they told me that they won’t reply back if I’m not getting the job! But they did email me anyway saying I didn’t get it.

Applied online, then there was a telephone interview although if you did not pass the sift then no interview. Then got told after the call if you were unsuccessful or successful, then a group assessment and a further one to one interview asking about flexibility and further questions.
