Applied online, filled out form with CV. I was then called for a telephone interview, then offered an in person interview at the Debenhams I applied to. Easy process; they asked me a few situation questions. Was offered the job in the same week. Interview Wednesday, job offer on Saturday

The interview was fairly basic, asking for examples of previous experience and competency questions. This ranged from giving a time when I have worked in a team to working in a customer facing position. After doing the initial application questions online, this interview was the only one I had.

The interview process consisted of an online questionnaire, a phone interview, a group interview, a solo Interview and then being asked to go onto shop floor to provide someone with assistance to demonstrate good customer service skills
